TPV INNOPRENE Series
EP (Dynamic VULCANIZATION of DM and plastic blend) It is a crosslinked
thermoplastic elastomer with high elasticity at the same time.
Various INNOPRENE products produced and supplied by Kumho Polychem Co., Ltd. are
polyolefin-based thermoplastic elastomers, and the existing thermosetting
products such as EP (DM, It can be substituted for CR rubber, and it is a
material that can be substituted for soft PVC, which is recently mentioned as an
environmental problem. In addition, the weight of the product is reduced due to
the low specific gravity Available.
As INNOPRENE is already fully crosslinked product, it does not require
additional crosslinking process before final use and recycling of scrap
generated during the process is not required. It is possible to simplify the
process and reduce the cost with an easy-to-use eco-friendly material.
INNOPRENE can be molded with equipment such as extrusion molding, injection
molding, blow molding (blow molding), and calender processing like general
plastic resins. It is one of the new materials that can be applied to the
extrusion field (such as automobile glass run channel, architectural window
gasket, etc.).
